Thelma "Tamby" Guerra

Thelma (Tamby) Guerra passed away on Monday, September 4, 2023, at the age of 60. She passed
away in her residence in Rio Grande City, after a short battle with cancer. Tamby was a loving wife.
She will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband, Ismael (Mel) Guerra, her mother, Emma
Carrera, her brother, Rudy Carrera, and sister, Norma Ramirez. While it is sad to think of Tamby leaving us so soon,
she left behind a life time of memories that we will keep with us in our hearts forever. Tamby was a fun spirited person who loved to dance and was always ready for a fun day with family and friends. She made an impact on many lives and will forever be missed. God has her in his arms, we have her in our heart.

Services will be held at Sanchez Memorial Funeral Home, 101 Sanchez Sr. Dr., Roma TX on Sunday,
September 10, 2023 from 1:00-8:00pm, with a rosary from 6:00-7:00pm.Mass on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Our Lady of Refuge Church, 10:00-11:00 am.
