RIO GRANDE CITY - RAMIRO RODRIGUEZ, 69, DIED ON SUNDAY, APRIL 04/05/2020 AT EDINBURG REGIONAL HOSPITAL IN EDINBURG, TX.  SANCHEZ FUNERAL HOME WILL BE IN CHARGE OF HIS FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS. 

Ramiro Rodriguez, 69, died on Sunday, April 05, 2020, at Edinburg Regional Hospital, Edinburg, TX., surrounded by his family.  He was born in Rio Grande City, TX on October 28, 1950.  His parents were Manuel Rodriguez and Tomasa Garcia.  He is survived by his wife, Hilda Barrera Rodriguez, son, Ramiro Rodriguez Jr., daughters: Yvonne (Fred) Gonzalez Jr., Yvette (Maui) Villarreal, and Lisa (Rolando) Esquivel Jr. and his siblings:  Benjamin Rodriguez and the late Emma Rodriguez, Juan Luis Rodriguez.  Maria Elena Rodriguez, Maria Isabel (Chabela) Rodriguez, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.   He is preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings, Raul Ramirez, Jose Manuel Rodriguez, and Yolanda Barrera.   Due to the Corona Virus, COVID 19, He will have a private visitation at Sanchez Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 07, 2020.
