Ela Lopez entered into eternal rest at the age of 71 on Sunday, February 09, 2014 at Starr County Memorial Hospital. Ela was born in La Grulla, Texas on October 05, 1942 and currently recited in Rio Grande City, Texas. She is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Guadalupe Lopez, her daughter Leticia (RJ) Ramirez, her son Jorge (Shelly) Lopez, and 2 grand children, Jaziel and Alyssa. She will be forever missed, but always remembered for her beautiful smile.

Funeral Arrangements under the Direction of Sanchez Funeral Home, viewing will start Tuesday, February 11, 2014 from 11:00 - 9:00 pm, with a Rosary at 7:00 pm. Burial will be on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, mass at 10:00 am at Immaculate Conception Church, burial at Solis cemetery in La Grulla, Texas.
