San Isidro-Antonio Hernandez,72, passed away Sunday, March 3, 2013 in Rio Grande City, Texas

He is survived by a son, Juan Antonio (Jessica) Hernandez, three daughters: Suleica (Efain) Pruneda, Benesa (Luis Alberto) Palacios and Avigaheht Garza: one sister Lydia Gutierrez: 13 grandchildren Juan Antonio Jr., Jared, Evaleht, Genesis, Brissella, Luis Alberto Jr., Leana, Lynette, Yamileht, Ahlyza, Katelyn, Ryan and Victoria.

Antonio (Tony) was born in La Reforma, Texas and lived a beautiful ranch life in Delmita/San Isidro, Texas. He was a graduate of San Isidro High School, in 1959. Antonio had many friends, too many to count. But his best friend was his son, Juan Antonio. He loved his daughters very much and would recall countless memories every time they were together. Anyone who befriended "Tony", knew they had a friend for life.



Viewing will begin today, Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and a rosary at 7 p.m..

Mass will be at (pending) Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at San Isidro Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Alvarado Cemetery in San Isidro, Texas. Sanchez Funeral Home of Rio Grande City is in charge of arrangements.
