RIO GRANDE CITY - Agapito Gloria went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 03, 2014, at Rio Grande Nursing & Rehab. Center in Rio Grande City, Texas. He was born to Julian Gloria and Frutosa Gomez on March 15, 1922, in Roma, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Trevino de Gloria, his parents, and a grandson, Mario A. Garza Jr.

He is survived by his children, Agapito Gloria Jr. (Yolanda); Adela Solis (Jose A.); Adelfa Gill (Richard); Alonzo Gloria (San Juanita); Angie Guerra (Juan); Emma Gloria, and Beto Gloria; and grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and five great great-grandchildren.

Visitation started on Thursday, June05, 2014 from 11am to 9pm with a Rosary at 6:00pm and a prayer service at 7:00pm. Funeral Service will be today, June 06, 2014 at 11:00am. Burial will be at Rio Grande City Cemetery.

Sanchez Funeral Home of Rio Grande City will be in charge of his funeral services.
